Future Teachers Academy

Rising high school seniors from the Quad Cities, who are planning to pursue a career in teaching, are invited to attend our Future Teachers Academy. For two weeks, future teachers will participate in two introductory college courses common to teacher preparation programs with an additional course required in the fall semester, earning seven college credits tuition-free!

Students must be attending high school in Bettendorf Community Schools, Davenport Community Schools or the Moline-Coal Valley School District. Upon admission to St. Ambrose University and enrollment in the Educator Preparation Program, each Academy participant is eligible to receive an $8,000 scholarship, distributed over four years.
