Last fall, St. Ambrose was the first university in Iowa to join a program called Every Campus a Refuge. On Thursday, February 22nd, the founder of ECAR (Every Campus a Refuge) will be giving a keynote lecture, which is free and open to the public. The lecture is called "American Refuge: The Refugee Experience and the Power of Radical Hospitality".
