Green Life, Sustainability Committee, and Sodexo are organizing a large Earth Day Celebration from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m., Friday, May 2nd on the Rogalski Center Patio (rain location Rogalski Center). There will be music, vendors selling craft items, community organizations providing environmental education, and more! New this year, The Grove is serving lunch (11AM-2PM) for the campus community on the patio - students, use your swipe; everyone else, lunch will cost $8 and includes amazing options like Hawaiian inspired stir fry quinoa, Huli Huli chicken, Kahlua braised pork, Terriyaki braised mushrooms with tofu, lime bars, and delicious sides! All meals will be served with compostable items.
