What is a Master of Organizational Leadership degree?

Develop your leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, conflict resolution, communication skills, team building, and decision-making abilities in the Master of Organizational Leadership at SAU. What you’ll learn in your MOL program

In our Master of Organizational Leadership program, you’ll gain the conceptual and analytical skills necessary for successful leadership. Examine workplace conflict, theories and models of communication, and put what you learn into practice by leading a change project at your workplace or in the community.

How much does a Master of Organizational Leadership cost?

The cost of your MOL degree will depend on several factors, including your specific scholarships, finances, the number of credits you take per semester, and your start date. New students also pay a $10 matriculation fee. You will also need to budget for books, supplies and materials, transportation, personal costs, loan fees, and other expenses. What are the admission requirements for the MOL program?

  • GMAT scores are not required for admission

  • A minimum 2.5 CGPA out of a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
