THE GEIGER LECTURE IN HISTORY
Established through gifts from Professor Geiger’s former students, family, friends, faculty and staff, the Geiger Lecture is an endowed lectureship established in honor of Richard Geiger, who retired from teaching at St. Ambrose in May 2001. Income from the endowment is used to fund an annual lecture in honor of his 39 years as a member of the history faculty. Additional gifts are welcome. As the endowment grows, other history events will be funded.
