The winter commencement ceremony will take place on December 14th at 10:00am at the RiverCenter in Davenport, IA. All graduating undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students are invited to participate in the commencement ceremony.
A livestream link will be posted to SAU social media pages on the morning of commencement. There is no cost for tickets and no limitations on guests. Free parking is available in the parking garage adjacent to the RiverCenter between 8:00am-1:00pm and on the street.
Student check-in will take place between 9:00am-9:30am on the second floor of the RiverCenter. Doors open for guests at 9:00am.
Designated seating for people with disabilities is located in the first two (2) rows on the left-hand side facing the stage and the first (1st) row in the center section behind the graduates. One or two guests may accompany the person using designated seating.
Staff stationed at the check-in table near the 3rd Street entrance are available to transport guests by wheelchair to and from the designated seating area upon request. No reservation is required.
Large print programs are available from the ushers on request.
A sign language interpreter is stationed on the right-hand side of the stage (from the audience perspective).
