Steph DeLacy '09 has proven that with hard work and dedication, making your own way can be accomplished anywhere, especially in the booming theatre scene that is the Quad Cities.

After a petition started to save the Theatre major, support poured in from scores of Theatre alumni.

Six alumni will be recognized Sept. 25 for their outstanding accomplishments and professional contributions and for the many ways they embody the university's mission through leadership, scholarship, and service.

While having to end their final months at SAU early was not ideal, that did not stop graduates from getting started in the professional world.

Students choose SAU to build on and achieve their goals. They seek to explore the world, be creative, and become leaders who willingly support their peers and communities. Those priorities will never change – even in the midst of a pandemic. Indeed, those are the traits that will lead us through this semester, successfully.
