Morrissey Gallery: Artist Q&A 1000 Sleeping Horses

09/20/2023
3:00 p.m.
Galvin Fine Arts Center, Lobby

Cost: FREE

Artist Angela Wilson will be at the St. Ambrose University Galvin Fine Arts Center Lobby to showcase her works and have a Q&A session.

"These are experimental ink drawings inspired by duality: light and dark, condensed vs. empty space, and the mundane vs. the extraordinary. There are experiments with hierarchy, sometimes nonlinear time, and unedited mark making. Even the paper's fragility within this process is considered as it references impermanence of a permanent mark."

The 1000 Horses exhibit will be available from Monday, Aug 21 to Friday, Oct 6, 2023.
