Presentation College Partnership Pathways
While the recent announcement by our colleagues at Presentation College to cease operations in after Spring and Summer 2023 comes as unwelcome news to all, we recognize an urgent need to support the students and alumni of Presentation College and the legacy of the college.
St. Ambrose University has been designated as a teach-out university for Presentation College students. We have taken specific steps to provide you and members of the Presentation College community with assistance.
St. Ambrose University, Presentation College, and the Sisters of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary are announcing the founding of the Nano Nagle School for Online Nursing at St. Ambrose University in honor of the legacy of the Venerable Honora Nano Nagle and the ongoing work of the Presentation Sisters as Presentation College moves to cease operations. The school builds on the recently announced partnership between St. Ambrose University and Presentation College to offer flexible online LPN-BSN and RN-BSN programs that are designed to reach healthcare professionals who wish to advance their careers in nursing without leaving the workforce.
Students currently enrolled in the Presentation College online nursing program are invited to learn more about how St. Ambrose University is working with Presentation College and the Presentation Sisters to support your degree completion by contacting presentation@sau.edu.

If you are not in the online nursing program, as a teach-out university for Presentation College students, St. Ambrose University is here to help you successfully transfer, complete your degree, and participate in our vibrant student community.
You can complete your degree online (in select programs) or in person at our main campus in Davenport, IA. St. Ambrose University has over 70 student clubs and organizations along with a nationally-ranked athletics program.

St. Ambrose University welcomes alumni and friends of the Presentation College nursing program as part of the new Nano Nagle Online School of Nursing. St. Ambrose is working closely with Presentation College and the Presentation Sisters to ensure a smooth transition in the coming months as St. Ambrose University assumes the legacy of the online nursing program.
After May 8, 2023, all Presentation College alumni will be welcomed to join the St. Ambrose University alumni family. As a designated institutional records holder, transcripts and other educational records will be available indefinitely to students and alumni through St. Ambrose University.
