Sheryl Olitzky and Atiya Aftab

The 2023 Pacem in Terris Peace and Freedom Award will be given to Sheryl Olitzky and Atiya Aftab, the founders of Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom, for their vision and commitment to creating relationships based on shared values between Muslim and Jewish Women. They will receive the award at St. Ambrose University inside the Rogalski Center Ballroom at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 13. This event is free and open to the public.
