To be part of the St. Ambrose hive, Ambrosians are called to take flight...to go out and live lives of service inspired by our patron saint, Saint Ambrose of Milan, and our beloved mascot - the bee. Worker bees don't just buzz around aimlessly. They build. They connect. They transform the world around them - one flower, one drop of honey, one act of pollination at a time. That's what Bee the Difference Month is about. It's about heading into our communities; a swarm of Ambrosians who are making a difference. It's a chance for us to live our values out loud:
To be courageous to step into a new place or meet a new person. To use wisdom to listen, learn and grow. To offer talents in service, not just to help, but to heal. To act with justice, knowing that a small act ripples outward.
